Naruto-Arena's Urban Division rankings


Hokage = Only fit for the clan leader Hartur-Gear
Kage = Only for highly trusted members that will have a good role in the clan
Graphic Designer = For people who know how to GFX
Akatsuki = 100% winning percentage
Jinchuuriki = 90% - 99% winning percentage
Sannin = 80% - 89% winning percentage
Jounin = 70% - 79% winning percentage
Anbu = 60% - 69% winning percentage
Missing-Nin = 50% - 59% winning percentage
Chuunin = 40% - 49% winning percentage
Genin  = 30% - 39% winning percentage
Academy Student = 0% - 29% winning percentage

Just note if you're Chuunin rank and below... you HAVE to improve BY Monday or else when the rank changes start, you'll be kicked from the clan for not following the Requirements and you're no longer in the clan. I will be private messaging people for a good bye message after the rank changes. If you're planning on being a Kage, you must pm Hartur-Gear on WHY you're suitable for becoming one. If you want to be in the Graphic Designer rank, you must know how to make avatars/banners and such. I must see some proof / evidence that you can do so before I allow you to become that rank. Thus, they will not participate in the rank changes, therefore even though they have more losses than wins (Below 50%), they're still in the clan no matter what.
